Get yourself a nice cup of tea with a dash of honey and sugar in. Yummy and a big energy boost.
I don't usually have sugar in my tea but this does help when feeling sleepy.

I think it's the stupid hot weather. My girlfriend had nightmares too. *cues jokes and dives for cover*
And they are way too stupid to tell. Though I think I've spent too long on this site lately...

I was at my works Christmas do. I punched one of my collegues in the face which broke his nose and knocked him out. Then the police arrived but didn't arrest me, although I did get the sack. It took me a while after I woke up to realise it hadn't happened. 
I have the weirdest dreams about the strangest dreams and my boyfriend gets upset I don't dream about him. We're talking me getting chased by a wild hippo that's the size of a house and he's upset he's not involved!

Not a good story. Unless... I don't suppose you were a professional boxer's sparring partner, in which case it'd be ok.
I hate that moment of (presumably) hungover realisation the next day. Frantically checking through your phone's sent messages thinking 'No, no, no no, no, no...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, yours is worse.
My last Christmas party. I remember performing 'Take on Me' like I was A-Ha reborn, and I can't even hear Ice Ice Baby without shuddering.

My girlfriend dreamt that I was blowing bubbles out of my mouth while I slept. I dreamt that my best mate (is 32 too old to have a best mate? *strokes chins and nods*) was attacking me with a sharpened snorkel.
NB. Bubbles is not a chimp.

my girlfriend get's angry with me sometime because I rarely dream about her.
Robyn is annoyed because her computer won't let her look at past Biology papers!
