Help finding comedy act

I remember seeing a comedy act on TV which were basically teachers \ scientists... the audience would shout out objects and they would try and come up with a theory connecting them... or something... they had a blackboard.

Really anoying me... any ideas?

Was it the 'genius' programme with Dave Gorman?

Nope it was quite a few years ago.

It rings a bell with me, but can't offer any more than that I'm afraid.

Love that band, but wasn't them ... had a very similar name I think.

Sounds like this https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/the_what_in_the_world/ but not as long as "quite a few years ago".

Nah, thought my memory of it is clearing, the audience would submit a theory eg 'The moon is made of cheese'. And they would set about proving it...

Was Magnus Pike in it?
