Seriously though, good on you for producing videos. This was a nice idea, but it's just a little too "David has too much time on his hands". I think this joke isn't good enough for it's own sketch, probably not even good enough to be one of a number of jokes in a different sketch. It barely passes as a joke, in the pub with your mates.
I think I'm being too harsh, so I'll say this; Nipples.
