:) Excellent cover version. (but when aren't The Fall excellent?)

Indeed, but Victoria is better.

Carry Bag Man - The Fall. "I am the carrier bag man."

Cat Stevens on iPlayer.

I believe he goes by the name "Yusuf" these days. Wonder why he dropped the "Islam" surname?

Laugh I nearly died - The Rolling Stones

Mainly because the first minute and a half sounds like a Flight of the Conchords pastiche!

Not sure. It's not as if the word conjures any negative connotations, is it? :S

'cos it made flying in America a real hassle, wasn't it?

No, that was taken care of years ago.

Excitable Boy by Warren Zevon. One of the most upbeat songs about a sociopath you will ever hear.

He took little Suzie to the junior Prom ('excitable boy' they all said)
And he raped and killed her then he took her home ('excitable boy' they all said)
Well he's just an excitable boy!...

After ten long years they let him out of the home ('excitable boy' they all said)
And he dug up her grave and built a cage with her bones ('excitable boy' they all said)
Well he's just an excitable boy!...

Tim Minchin - If I Didn't Have You

Jim O'Rourke, 'Halfway To A Threeway' - lovely stuff!

Nina Simone - The Definitive Collection
(unfortunately missing some classic tracks)

Got my track, number one
got my track, number two
got my three,
got no four,
got no five.

Nina Simone - The Definitive Collection
(unfortunately missing some classic tracks)

Does it include the track I mentioned, a page or two back?

One of my favourite songs. I always seem to turn to Zevon when I'm looking for something to listen to.

Music doesn't get much funkier than this: Nina Simone - Funkier Than a Mosquito's Tweeter

Sadly, it doesn't have that. It's also missing Sinnerman, Feelin' Good, and I Wish I Knew (What it Means to Be Free). But it does have a lot of great songs.
