This is the sort of thing that gets people noticed.
Very clever, very sharp and very, very funny. And all done by some guy with a wicked sense of humour, a great sense of comic timing and some video editing software. Marvellous. Wish I'd thought of it.

I wouldn't have bothered. Sir Alan's funny in his own right, and almost a parody of himself anyway, without this fairly predictable stuff.

Alan is funny, but this makes him funnier IMHO.
It's been up on YouTube for only two or three weeks and now has a quarter of a million views which is staggering. It's been flying around email boxes too. I'll make a prediction right now that Channel 4 or BBC online will pick this guy up and give him a commission.
