Oh and also has a slimeball of a housemate who hasn't paid the rent and has now for a week ignored my calls and texts and hasn't come home. He's fine though because he's updating his fb status.
Phew atleast he's still updating FB all is well.
I used to live with a pair of guys who never paid rent or the bills, extremely irriating as they were pot heads and had the heating on full blast all day. Until I turned on the saftey chip on the boiler so it wouldn't ignite pilot light.

Gavin, I've been doing that for 5 days now with no reply. I've left him 3 voicemails, called him about 20 times, facebook messaged him 3 times, emailed him, emailed his ex gf. I don't know what else to do.
