When you brain shuts down, it's telling you it needs a break. Rest tonight and do something that will take your mind off it. Watch a film with some tasty snacks or visit a friend or look at shiny things. Let it have it's day off and you will find that tomorrow you will be at full capacity. Forcing will make it last longer, trust me.
