BNP - Could it really happen? Page 4

See if you vote anyone other than Labour or Tory then it's a wasted vote. But both of them have proven to be useless and corrupt and so it is only right we look at other alternatives.

The Socialist Labour Party is the way. I think if I had been around at the time I would probably have been a communist which is a potentially bad thing I suppose.

LibDems are damn close to being part of a coalition or atleast getting their MPs into another parties government.

And there have been indie MPs not to mention other parties that have come and gone.

The Libdems have actually got a decent chance of getting close to being the second party at the next election. They won't quite do it - but it will be close.

Well both parties have hinted at a certain Libdem being chancellor.

Not today he's not.

Won't happen. That time was at the start of Blair's premiership when the talk was Ashdown talking a cabinet role.

Cable said he won't do it and he hasn't. Eyebrows are still there.

Evidently, it could.

None All of which are provided by the BNP.

Quote: Renegade Carpark @ June 5 2009, 5:17 PM BST

I totally agree. My prediction is a big result for other nationalist parties (Scots, Welsh) and UKIP.

The English Democrats have done pretty well, thankfully. At least one directly elected Mayor last time I heard.

Quote: bigfella @ June 5 2009, 7:47 PM BST

Hang on. Am I missing something? Out of 2000 council seats they have won 1.

Exactly. Scaremongering amongst the wishy-washy puerile liberal minded.

Quote: sootyj @ June 5 2009, 8:09 PM BST

The danger is they'll get funding and respectability. Where that happens hate crime and racial crime rates climb.

Does it? Have you any proof for that? I watch the London news religiously, and AFAIK Barking and Dagenham are doing just fine.

Quote: Nil Putters @ June 5 2009, 8:13 PM BST

Just because you watch BB or soaps doesn't mean you're brain dead...

Errr

Quote: sootyj @ June 5 2009, 8:31 PM BST

I'd also charge people for not voting.

Yeah, because that's the height of democracy.

Quote: sootyj @ June 5 2009, 8:38 PM BST

Lazy cop out and realy a bit shameful. If you haven't been following DaveyCs suggestions of late it's scary.

His suggestions are scary, or that people have managed to avoid them?

Quote: Gavin @ June 5 2009, 8:48 PM BST

Which ones are the communists?

They're the ones who want to take all of your hard earned money away. (If you think your taxes are painful now...)

Quote: sootyj @ June 5 2009, 8:59 PM BST

LibDems are damn close to being part of a coalition or atleast getting their MPs into another parties government.

Now THAT is something that's scary.

Quote: Aaron @ June 6 2009, 11:37 AM BST

Errr

It really doesn't. :P

That's not the Communists you're thinking about, Aaron. It was the banks and the bankers to pay for their bonuses. Now that was a handout and a half and one we'll be paying for for many a year.

No, what we'll be paying for is the Government's bailouts. Bonuses have been happening for decades and no-one's complained or even noticed until now.

I don't think the BNP are a huge concern in all honesty, they receive far more coverage than any other minority party (the presenters on BBC Radio Five Live this morning were completely unaware of the English Democrats) but they have comprehensively failed to convert it into votes and support.

But we're all up shits creek and looking for the cause now, and getting a couple of million quid bonus when your bank has been bailed out seems a bit off.

Any way I have a solution to all the UK's problems. On the way back from Iraq we pop into France, and burn it to the ground. That'll be a moral boost for the whole world.

:D So true.

Exactly. C**ts.

I am hoping that the BNP never get into power as it's ok if you are a white, Christian, straight person but if you are of any other race, religion or sexual orientation then you are basically gonna be discriminated against. It's ok saying "British jobs for British workers" but the slogan should really be "Britsh jobs for straight, white Christian workers and the rest can sod off" as that's what they really mean... Nazis in disguise if you ask me.

"British Jobs for British people" is all well and good but British people don't want to work, that's why we have so many professional unemployed. "I'm not toilet cleaning it's beneath me" etc...All part of the larger social problem.

Good point. Also, if toilets were positioned on ceilings then they wouldn't be beneath you when you cleaned them >_<
