Hello, first post.
The first part of this sketch would mainly be based on the voice over but with often changing background images. I've put the image changes in brackets. This does break up the pace of reading it, so try to imagine the images and voice overs going on at the same time.
Thanks very much for reading, and critiquing if you do.
BBC ANNOUNCER: There now follows a party election broadcast by the UK is better for having me born in it party
(Images of children laughing and playing)
VOICE OVER: What's life going to be like for the next generation and future generations, if we stay part of the United States of Europe?
(Meaningless graphics of arrows appearing randomly over the images)
VOICE OVER: Are you tired of petty bureaucracy thought up by thousands of twats in Brussels? Would you like your petty bureaucrats to be twats in London? Then vote for the UK is better for having me born in it party.
(Images of an absurdly stereotypical Frenchman mugging an old lady, followed by similar images of other stereotypical Europeans doing the same)
VOICE OVER: Slowly and relentlessly Europe has been stealing our power. The country has been stripped of many of its cherished institutions, such as not recycling, political incorrectness and Lewis Hamilton's residency.
(Image of UK is better for having me born in it party logo, a pound sign strangling a euro sign, with UKIBFHMBIIP across the top)
VOICE OVER: But it's not too late. There is something you can do about it. Vote for the UK is better for having me in it party.
(CUTS to a man in a suit talking in front of the houses of parliament, with a caption giving his name and job)
DICK GRIFFIN MEP, LEADER OF THE UKIBFHMBIIP:
75% of the legislation we now live under in Great Britain isn't even made by our own parliament in Westminster. That leaves us with just 15% of what happens to our country in our own hands.
We now have our laws being imposed upon Britain by people who are unelected, unaccountable and even on occasion brown.
I hope you, like me, will vote for the UKIBFHMBIIP in the euro elections. Why? Because the people must be given a referendum on the dreadful Lisbon treaty, which would give to the EU a further 10% of our parliaments powers. That would mean well over 100% of our legislation being dictated to us by Brussels.
Use these elections on June the 4th to send a message to our politicians. Go out and make it happen.
(Image closes with UKIBFHMBIIP logo, below it is says: MADE IN TAIWAN)
VOICE OVER: (very quickly) All information in this broadcast may be false
