For the record: I sent 7 sketches in to this, all of which I was pretty damn sure were of good quality. Not sure what their reading-and-getting-back-to-people timetable is but they're doing a read-through on June 18th and the first show is on July 10th.

It'd have to reflect our joint efforts and skills.
Maybe
"Sootyj's poorly spelled fantasmagoria?"
It's certainly not impossible to do this and I think it's better (as in more realistic and useful exercise) to put together a live sketch show than film one. Audience feedback is pretty instant and a great way to hone. Even if the most of the writers attended, it would fill a small venue.
Ya serious I'm up for it!
What a sort of Comedy Co-Op sketch show? Maybe for the Camden Fringe (is it on this year?) this summer or a regular venue...
Camden Fringe could be a plan.
Quote: Yacob Wingnut @ May 27 2009, 1:11 PM BSTYep. Got the email this morning. Been asked to re-write 2 of them. They've given me a looooooooot of notes.
Yep a major rewrite for me also, but nothing I can't work with.
I officially still suck. Is Manchester Metro Museum still looking for a hermit?
Apparently I suck less hard than usual, but as Kipling once said, if you can meet with triumph and disaster, and treat those two imposters just the same, you're a better man than I am Gunga Din.

Are you up for orgaising this?
Maybe I'll get my finger out and get something done!
Mr Chapman you are more than welcome, can you driect?
Got an email asking for rewrites to 5 sketches. Sadly, only one of them was mine (true). Still, they want to change that one sketch into two, so bonus!
Are they still emailing out? Or have I missed the boat entirely here?
Dan
My email came on Friday, so they could still be going through stuff.
Okay -- ta, James.

We'll wave at it from the pier together.
Sootyj has been rejected more times than Susan Boyle in an edible gstring.
