Are you a heat hater? Page 2

That's a good point actually. So many buildings I've worked in have been either badly air-conditioned or not at all.

It's almost impossible to find buildings that aren't air-conditioned in this country. And that's a good thing. There would probably be 10 people in the entire state of Florida if they'd never invented A/C.

At this point I'm happy for any hot weather. It was a very cold winter for us.
Canada rolled a 1 on weather.

:D I'm the same singing along to my ipod quite happily until someone hears me. :O Especially if I'm trying to rap along to Eminem.

It's also not so good on the bike when I ingest several bugs along the way. Sick

You iPod whilst cycling and in London? You naughty lady, that's so dangerous. I can't do it, it's like having one of your senses missing.

Btw I love the sun and fortunately tan easily, but only if you're just in the garden (or a pub garden) or by a pool or the beach. It's not pleasant to commute in the heat.

I wish the AC is my car was still working, it's damn hot in there.

That's bad, but not quite as bad as some people I've seen, walking around central London, Air-Drumming! They are very intense!

:D :D :D

I don't know how people cope in places like Australia; I went there last year and it was absurdly hot! Three weeks of sweating like a bitch, just to walk to the shop for some milk! And I had it easy, it was apparently ten degrees (!!) hotter on the other side of Australia whilst I was there. I would have melted.

The heat didnt bother me in Aus it was the people, the places, the smell, the culture (or lack of), the amount of things that can kill you. Horrible place!

Horrible place!

It was a bit too clean for me, I'm used to good old Brittish grime.

You missed the bit where I said I cycle on the greenway.

Sorry, bit of long address that one!

It's not quite Orange County but it is free of traffic, there's some cool graffiti along the route and I go past one of the Olympic sites so it's interesting to see the progress there.

My biggest danger is foxes running out!

My iPod shuffle died yesterday :(

I kind of like the sun, but I do get quite uncomfortable in it.

I hate the sun. I particularly hate that a lot of people with not too great bodies insist on showing them off. Also, some people stink.

Also, some people stink.

I met a stinky man in the supermarket yesterday. Obviously, He was hanging round the reduced section.

Also, some people stink.

Too true - they should bring back public dunkings in soapy water for them!

:)
