I never had any luck with that before. Tried to do the whole 'claim back everything' too and never heard anything back, cost £80 too
There is a small satisfaction you can get back from the bank, by charging them x-amount to read your letters.

My bank constantly ramps up my overdraft, so I think it would be impossible for me to go over it. I live a simple life wearing clothes I have made from the bark of trees and eat nothing but roadkill.
