He lives in his own fantasy world where Dick Emery is still a big star and Elton John isn't gay.

Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

Moyes has now won that award 3 times in 6 years.

My prediction for tonight is:

Barca 3-1 Man Utd

Messi to score for the first time against an English club. Barca will go 2-0 up, Utd will score, but Barca will seal it late on.

Is anyone having a flutter? I had one, for the first time in ages, on Sunday, and won 25 quid. I put a fiver on Everton being ahead at Half-time and Full-time, against Fulham, at 5-1. I only just made it, as our first goal came in First-half injury time.

A goal in each half should seal it.

Uncanny.

PS I've just spent 5 minutes totally confused by reading the very start of this thread and thinking I'd entered a time tunnel.

Im down on money and not happy. Barce pissed all over a terrible man utd performance.

I had money on 2 - 1 Barca.
That Man U! When you don't want them to score they do, and when you want to win a bet they can't manage it.

Good point well made.
I had 200 riding on it. Just for them to win!

It was an odd match. Utd dominated for 9 minutes, then there was the goal - after that the Manchester mob looked like football was an alien game to them. Barca were in total control and never lookked troubled. They closed down expertly right from the front.

What a depressing game, but at least I got to watch it with the creator of BSG aka Mark.

Barca are very, very lucky to have their name on that trophy tonight, after that farce of a Semi, against Chelsea.

That's what makes the result even better. The thought of sobbing Chelsea fans at what could have been. Teary. Warms the heart.

That was a lesson in football last night. Well done Barcelona

I don't like football, but it is always funny when Manchester United get beaten. :)

I don't like it either but anything can be made interesting with money on it! ;)
