British Comedy Guide

If you could take one sitcom DVD to a desert....

.....island, what would you take?

Hi,

I'm new here. Love both British & American comedy. Now watching all the One Foot In The Graves, not my favourite, but it's a great show.

So this doesn't just become another 'I'm new' thread, please answer my question above.

Hi JLC. Hmm, that sounds familiar...

Blackadder. :)

I'm Alan Partridge.

Seinfeld. The fact that there are 180 episodes factored into the decision.

Blackadder also.

I'm Alan Partridge.

I find that surprisingly not surprising. I think it was your natural wit that gave it away.

Back of the net!

I don't know if this was mentioned elsewhere but I heard Steve Coogan talking about making an Alan Partridge film the other day. Sounds like it's going ahead if only because he's fed up of people asking when it will happen!

Hopefully, it will work as well as In The Loop which was great.

It's hard to pick one DVD but I'd probably go American as they usually have more episodes so it's Curb Your Enthusiasm for me.

P.S. Hello.

Look on the front page - https://www.comedy.co.uk/

Thanks Leevil - I thought it would be around somewhere. I'm still excited though.

If only I could log on at work I'd be up to date with everything on here!

:)

Only Fools And Horses for me :)

Only Fools And Horses for me :)

Any chance we can get Aaron to set up a network between the Islands? I want to watch all of them!

I'd go for Seinfeld as well, or Cheers.

Oh & Welcome JLC

Good toimes.

Can I have a water purifier instead?

What you planning on doing to it to make it impure?

First series of I'm Alan Partridge is still the one for me.
