Shame to see King of the Hill going, I know it was announced ages ago but this season has been sublime.
I'm pretty shocked My Name is Earl is getting axed. Seemed to be one of the only solid comedies on air these days.
King of the Hill has been just saved from the chopping block on several occasions. I don't know a single person who still watches the show and was surprised it made it this long.
But for Mike Judge fans don't be too sad. He's got a movie coming out called Extract that looks really funny!
And his new cartoon "The Goode Family". (the link is to a video of Judge talking about his new cartoon)

From what I understand that picked up considerably in quality half way through.
Shame about My Name Is Earl, although perhaps it's run its course. And King of the Hill - good show, but it's been going absolutely ages.

Maybe people got bored of it? I used to watch every episode of the first two series, but when it returned for a third run I never tuned in. Seems to me like one of those decent enough shows that after a while you just forget about.

You might have stumbled on a point in your stumbly-bumbly way.
I got bored worth Earl at the start of the second series. Far too sentimental and good natured!

Are you guys talking about me again?

Yeah, whateveeeeerrrrr!
Just reread the list, said to see The Unit going. I liked that.
Yaaaaaay for Lipstick Jungle being canned. All I needed was another Sex in the City for women to quote. *shudder*

Oh I know it's been pretty much dead this side of the atlantic for a while and has had a substantial drop in ratings over there(still not extreme mind), but the current season has been miles and miles superior than any Family Guy or the last decade of the simpsons. Truly wonderful characters.
The fact that it's being killed for the, almost certainly, terrible Cleveland Show makes it that bit worse.
Mike Judge and Greg Daniels(one of the most underrated figures in american television) haven't been involved in it in quite a while I think. The Goode Family will probably be okay but I can't imagine it matching King of the Hill.
I'd be looking forward to extract a lot more if Idiocracy never existed.
I think Extract will be a lot closer to the style of Office Space.
Although I really liked Idiocracy despite it's obvious flaws.
Idiocracy was good.
Extract looks like it should be better. Jason Bateman kept me watching Sit Down Shut Up for 3 episodes, so the cast is solid enough, Affleck tries to avoid poison these days, doesn't he?
Idiocracy had a great start and then Christ only knows what he was thinking.
