And indeed gay!
Been cutting my own hair for as long as I can remember.
A few months back I trimmed down with a Number 6 blade (left with a good covering), shouted to my wife to come up and just trim off the wispy bits from my neck line, I removed the No 6 blade as I waited.
She came in, I explained what I wanted and without thinking whilst chatting away to me she ran the bare clipper blades right the way up the back of me head 
Their was nothing else for it – bare blade all over! 
Wasn't so chuffed at the time but it wasn't long before we had a good chuckle about it

It serves no useful purpose apart from appealing to ones vanity or childish desire to appear 'different/cool'. In my late teens, I hated the question: "Are you growing your hair long?" No! It grows by itself. And although getting it cut takes time and money, it ends up taking more time to wash, shampoo and brush the stuff. And when it's super-long, it gets to be nuisance. Mind you, I've no intention of cutting my hair, because I am vain and shallow.
Girls should have shaved head's more often.

That's happened to me before too. We really shouldn't let your wife cut our hair.
Blokes who shave their heads are either thugs or gay - fact!
I quite like the bald girl in farscape though and the one in Star Trek.
Similarly, women who do it are either butch or lesbians. 
The longest I ever went without a haircut was about 20 months. I remember looking at my hair, on the floor, when I was ready to leave the barber's, after finally getting it cut, thinking it looked like Cousin It, from the Addams Family.

I thought it was feeling a bit drafty round here...
From all the Brits at the resort just about every guy had a shaved head. Is that a thing over there?
Well...shaved heads and REEEEEEEEEEALLY bad tribal tattoos every single one of them had one!
