Bill Bailey's Guide To The Orchestra

Did anyone catch this? I thought it was really good. Really interesting with some very funny bits. Much better than the slightly-dissapointing Tinselworm I thought.

Hi Lee

Did you see the top five instruments thread which was prompted by this programme? We had a whole band sorted by the end.

:)

Yeah, it was very good. The jazz Dr Who theme was very funny.

Ah no sorry I didn't read that thread. Naughty me.

It was great really enjoyed it I wasn't overly keen on Tinselworm, but normally think Bailey's stuff is great, this was definitely back on form.

Oops I didn't mean to sound bossy, it's a full time job trying to keep up with it all on here.

I love Bill Bailey, he'd be on my dream list of actors if I could write the perfect sitcom.

Jx

I thought it was a great show. I really liked the 1970s American cop show soundtrack.

I thought this was brilliant!

I went to see Tinselworm live and although having a thoroughly good time, I agree it was not quite on a par with his usual genius.

The guide to the orchestra was interesting, different and very funny. Plus the concert orchestra were fantastic.

Agreed; that was my favourite bit! I think.

Maybe I'll have to watch it again on iPlayer, just to be sure. :)
