Do you write numbers as numbers or words?

I'm not sure, in a script, do you write numbers as numbers or words?

Or does it matter?

In my experience it does matter and you write them as words.

The actor might need to know how you want to pronounce 2012. Is it twenty twelve or two thousand and twelve or two zero one two.

In general, I think you're supposed to write numbers as words up to ten, and thereafter as digits.

Depends on the size of the number. Ten is fine, but one thousand, three hundred and forty-nine would be in figures.

I agree with the general consensus that normally it's one to ten in words and 11+ in numbers. But in a script if it makes more sense to the reader a different way then do it to suit.

However, I did initially hope this was a post about remembering numbers by allocating them a letter. Eg 3 = M as the letter M has three downstrokes.

So for example if your pin number was 3529 you'd have the letters MVNG so you might remember it as Many Vans Need Gas. Yes it's a bit sad but impressive when you can memorise mobile phone numbers which I'd have no hope of doing otherwise.

I've just been checking out your website - you're quite the charmer too aren't you.

Excellent work though. Why can't I see them all? Is it a members only thing?

As an experiment I just tried the cube with my feet and it flew across the room - so I may need to practice some more. But it would make me even more popular at parties so it would probably be worth it.
