Teary It's not looking good. At least Sunderland lost today, hopefully Hull will tomorrow too. But, unfortunately, I think we're going down. :(

Big Dunch demolishing a couple of burglars is one of my favourite stories EVER.

Couldn't agree more. Surely they can't have known who owned the house - I can't see anyone relishing that mad bastard tear-arsing down the stairs after them.

The funny thing about Big Dunc, was that, although he was idolised by th Everton faithful for years, most of them probably never even heard him speak, due to his dislike of the media. I only ever saw him do one T.V. interview, but I did hear him speak in the flesh a few times as well.

Did any of these incidents involve you blacking out soon after?

Hahaha.

Actually, the first time I ever heard him talk, was way back in '94, when he'd just joined Everton, and was going through the whole head-butting case, which eventually saw him do time, in a Glasgow prison. He was getting out of a car, in Liverpool city centre, wearing a suit. He may well have been on his way into court then, unless that was all dealt with in Scottish courts.

Most underrated Premier League player? Joey Barton.

Are you trying to wind everyone up?

He's a twat who should still be in prison.

Owen is past it.

Crouch is class but foreign refs have it in for him before he's even kicked a ball.

And Tevez should be out of the game. It's not an anti Manchester United thing (Honestly!) but I totally disagree with the concept of a player being "owned" by an individual rather than a club.

I'm bleeding joking. The way he's play he'll be back inside in no time. Anyway, I'm a Norwich fan so I need some light relief. I think it might be gallows humour though. Teary

Nicky Butt. He's a player I've got time for.

I hope Newcastle do go down, just because at the start of the season all the fans I spoke to said "we are too big a club to go down."

Also when Shearer was playing for Newcastle against Rovers he never showed any respect for his former club.

I do feel sorry for the nice fans as they are passionate and deserve some success but I think they should go down and rebuild the squad with an experienced manager.

As for Shearer, he was a great player but hes too slow to be a pundit and can never be a good manager. And don't forget his is as guilty as Beckham for England crashing out of the world cup in 98.

Do you mean when he climbed all over the Argentina keeper when Sol Campbell scored?

More plastic punditry in this thread than Mark Lawrenson suckling on Jordan's right tit.

I'm sorry but sometimes on here you can't tell. We even have someone here who thinks Manchester United are good.

You're a bitter man Dave- or should I call you Chappers. Whistling nnocently
