F**k me, they haemoraged over half their audience. (And the other half were wishing they'd had haemorrhages.)

Laughing out loud

"It's a wonderful indication of their popularity with young people in particular, and it goes right to the heart of BBC Three's mission to work with the best of young British talent."

The future of Great Britain has ne'er seem'd so bleak.

No, no. You're Gordon Brown, not Arthur.

Um... is it not more of an indication that in six weeks the show killed over half of their fanbase from Gavin & Stacey?

When this show first aired I thought "What an ill-conceived, woefully-written and costly waste of unfunny self-indulgent rubbish this is." When the series finished I thought the same thing.

Now it is being repeated - and with your permission - I'd like to think it again...

Bless who ever first posted that image I thought Gordon Brown was setting fire to himself out of guilt.
And that cheered me.

So which one of them less is funny?
The show though is just awful.

Corden. Because I think I can occasionally catch a glimpse - albeit through Horne's dead celebrity eyes - into his soul, where I detect an slither of embarrassment and the simple desire to be loved. Like a frightened boy.

The secret of comedy to Corden, however, seems to involve either speaking VERY LOUDLY!, or minimalistically quietly in an attempt, yeah, you know... OK, yeah, of course, to sound naturalistic in a Michael Cera... yes, naturally, right, Michael Cera kind of way, yeah?. Oh and having a significantly raised BMI.

Corden looks like the kind of guy who masturbates to Crimewatch.

Whilst Horne stands statuesque in a darkened corner, watching him intently.

You two are meanies.

What? You hoping they're going to make it Horne, Corden and Stott?
