Ellie managed 50 minutes and is dead pleased with herself!

Yep... didn't slow to a walk at all. It was actually 50 minutes and 5 seconds.

Ha - I wish. First time I'd attempted that and I died at the end. Just got to keep doing that 3 times a week and I'll be sorted. Plus my Touch Rugby tournament starts tonight! wohooo
Rob is writing a fitness programme which he will probably never start.
