based purely on the fact it's taken you since June 2008 to come up with this, it's shit.

The actual sketch is good though. I would go with ending three because baaaaaaaaaaa.

I've emailed them (yesterday) asking where I should send it but have had no reply as of yet. Is this normal? Should I just send it to their 'Contact Us' address? And, lastly, does it have to be in any particular format or can I just whack this into an email?

Just send it straight to their email and probably best to do it in Doc, so they can easily amend/print. Your formatting is fine.
