Jetlagged as always; going to watch Reggie Perrin half-comatose on the laptop. BAFTAs tonight, almost on my doorstep but not remotely interested.

I don't really drink beer, sorry. :(

Actually, I have a kind of open door policy with friends in different parts of the world - I stay at theirs, they stay at mine. A lady graphic designer from New York is there about two months each year whether I'm around or not, and of course I stay with her too. :)
