Who would be in your dream band? Page 3

Yeah, you could find a better guitarist than Gallagher, Nick.

Your choice though :D

Conor Oberst - guitar, lead vocals (and songwriter)
Laura Marling - backing vocals

I couldn't think of any members other than singers, and was just waiting for someone to mention these two. 'Specially Conor. <3

Sorry, can't much stand the guy. I just read that he's opening for a bunch of Wilco shows, but luckily not any of the ones I'll be seeing. Cool

He's awwwesome, imho, but I'm glad I skipped out on him at Reading last year, because he apparently just stumbled around drunk. Not my idea of a great final band of the festival.

There should be a law against any band other than Guided by Voices or The Replacements performing drunk. I think there was a law that said GBV had to perform drunk.

Judy Dyble - vocals
Dick Taylor - bass
Anthony Philips -guitar
Jimmy Winston - keyboards
Pete Best -drums

Oooh, they'd come a close 2nd for me. Just missing out to Plant, Page, Jones and Bonham.

I was just about to say that -

but what about Emerson Lake and Palmer. No lead guitar necessary.

I Think you may have picked a dud on vocals. Have you seen Axl recently in concert footage? He gets winded by the first song.

Huh? Don't tell Aaron!

I think I should temper my selection with Axl Rose in t'ut prime. Also Ian Gillan. He once sweat on a friend of mine who was standing in the front row of a Gillan concert. Coolio Cool
