I read the big book of Curb and from that Larry tell us how he and the producer are the only one's who know the script beforehand, he likes to keep people reactions completly natural. He sometimes, if he needs the scene to go in a certain direction, will mention a snippet to the cast, e.g - I need you to ask about dinner plans tonight! But for the most part it is totally unscripted.
The producer has been known also to tell a cast memebr something so they can catch Larry unaware, e.g Krazy eye Killa, Larry had no idea that rap was coming.
Ah ok... Doesn't fully account for it, but fair enough.

It's well known that it's not scripted but the cast are given the basics of what they have to do and say in each scene.
