I considered NI, but it's only really a minority actively calling for the separation now. Many may still want it, but largely they're happy with the Assembly. Scotland, on the other hand, has a governing party whose sole objective is an independent nation, even though a minority of the public support it.

I can see hostilities being cranked up in NI. The Real IRA have already strted but the hard liners have realised that Sinn Fein have settled for power sharing and not unification which was the aim at the beginning.
Getting ready for the first beer of the weekend, oooo im excited about it, frosty beer, a curry and a sitcom treatment, does Friday get much better than this!
I suppose if I had a collection of mind numbing drugs and thousands of people wanting to watch me play guitar and cheer my name, that could be quite good too, but until then..
