Also I look taller with less weight. People are always surprised to learn I'm actually 5 foot 11. I think when you're bigger it makes you look shorter.

I'm 6ft 6 but about 19stone and get this a lot....if I'm giving a presentation on stage with nothing to gauge my height by people have no idea I'm tall until they approach me afterwards and realise...I am!

2hrs in the gym every day, without fail - to answer the OP.

Most days I do about 10 minutes of sit-ups, etc and walk for 20 minutes before breakfast. I also do at least a further 20 mintues walking, half an hour aeorbics and pilates and 30 minutes on a cross-trainer. I've got out of this schedule a bit in the last month or so, but I find it really makes a difference to a back problem, mood, sleeping, etc.

6 foot 6 and 19 stone??? As my dad would say "If you tell me it's Christmas, I'll sing a f**kin' carol!"

I ran the London Marathon in 2001 and Great North Run in 2003 but since then I've suffered numerous football related injuries and am turning into a fat f**ker. I blame alcohol, it tempts me so.

It's deceptive....spread 19 stone over 6 and half feet and its no big deal :) The guys that are 15 stone and 5ft 2 and the nutters!

What you worrying about Lee? He's only a wee little lad!!!!

:)

Meant to run last night, but I'm aching so badly from rugby on Sunday still.

I used to play in a Sunday League football team, but haven't played a game for 6 years. I can honestly say, there aren't many things in life more joyful, than the feeling you get, from playing an exciting, flowing game of footy. I also used to play a lot of tennis, as I used to live about 3 minutes away from some courts. These days, the only exercise I get is walking - mainly because I spend most of my free time persuing this writing dream. If I make it, I'm determined to start exercising again.

True. I used to love playing football and cricket. Then for some reason the excitement went, I lost interest, and became far too content with sitting on my arse all day. The most exercise I get these days is dancing (badly) in nightclubs.

I have unfortunately not done any exercise whatsoever for about 20 years, (I am still in my 30's) I've never been to a Gym but am still just about slim...I can though feel my body rebelling slowly and protesting. My really clever weight control program is to go on all weekend smoking and drinking sessions and eat very little, I'm six foot tall so that helps a touch. I do realise that like a stupid Dwarf it's neither big nor clever. I do stress a lot, fidget constantly and managed a Sunday football side for about 12 years so maybe exercise by Osmosis works. Probably not. Probably drop dead in the next ten years.
