I thought it was pants. Good performance by Nesbit but pants nonetheless.

I had to look up what 'pants' meant but either way thanks for your opinion Nil

Sorry.

Yeah, Jekyll is worth a look, kind of absurd, but good fun. Apart from recently, with Who and Jekyll, Moffatt is really known as a sitcom writer; creating such notable series as Coupling, Joking Apart and Press Gang; so quite different stuff to his Who work. In fact, although I like his sitcoms, when I heard he was going to be writing Who I was pretty aghast at the thought. Then I watched his actual episodes and shut my mouth. And yes, he is, from the next full series, the programme's show runner and head writer.
I just looked up pants in the urban slang dictionary and it said Turn Left. What did it mean by that I wonder?

You take that back! Turn Left was great!

Now that's worth watching.
The greeks had a mechanism in Theatre Called Deus Ex Machina, it's quite frowned upon in modern drama.

Two former machines?
God Machinery and something.
The Gods were lowered from above to sort out the plot and all that kind of malarkey to make an end to the story.

Except in plenty of Russell T Davies episodes of Dr Who.
I am terrible this weekend. I have sooooo much lesson planning to do and instead I choose to watch Doctor Who pretty much all weekend long. I didn't even hang out with any friends. It didn't help that I was sick though.
Anyways I just finished watching the 1996 episode. I really liked the doctor. I thought the actor made a great Doctor. The plot was so-so.
What I really didn't like was the mention of him being half human. Boooo I'm so glad they never mention it in the new series.
I also realize now that the war between the Time Lords and the Daleks (that saw them all killed) was never an episode or anything but a conception and plot background of the new series.
I had thought the end of all Time Lords was just an episode I had not seen from the Sylvester McCoy episodes since I don't think I saw even one episode from them.
The 1996 had the best Tardis and we got to see the shit Dr die horribly at the beginning.
But the story was total arse.
hahaha! Yea that was a pretty shitty way to go. O'kay I think I'll just lock up the Tardis and *BANG*BANG*BANG*.
This is why he never visits the US eh?
Daleks, Cybermen, Gian Robots and in the end the only thing that could kill the Dr was Americans.
