I love original best (nostalgia not really for the writing or stories) but am also partial to Next Generation and Voyager. Never watched Deep Space Nine or Enterprise.
I've watched everything apart from the original series and the newest (though setting wise, oldest 
) series, and love it. 
Enterprise. Never really got over the 'Sam Beckett is running the ship' thing. By the time Archer found his own voice, it was too late. Liked O'Brien in DS9, but that was it.
It's quite sad, but I'm not expert... just a good all rounder.

WHOA! O'Brien is a player I won't have a bad word said against him. It's unfortunate Sam lept into the body of the star fleet guy though. I saw 2 it had the annoying Neelix like character and a she-Spock. Reasons enough to turn off.
