At first it was bit of a laugh and nice to catch up with people i hadn't heard from in a long time. Now I'm getting e-mails from people I haven't heard from in a long time who'd i like not to have heard from in an even longer time. It's becoming a 'look at me, look at how many friends I've got.' Anyway who wants to be my friend ? I have 3 thus far.
OK ... I'll be a 'friend' ... unlikely I'll ever turn up on your doorstep (rather a long way away!) or you on mine ... but what the hell! Shit .. the world's a big-small place ... I get bored a lot ... and usually resolve that by boring anybody else who'll listen!
p.s. I don't talk any sense between 6pm and 9pm as that's when I check the local vino hasn't gone off.
Facebook, I hate it but all my uni friends are on it so its a necessary evil.
ah I have a Myspace, not Facebook. I only find it useful to find new bands, message people whose MSN I dont have, and a while ago to exchange Prom photos
Oh, I geddit! Facebook is one of those ghastly webby get-in-touch-wiv-yer-old-mates thingies ... should-a checked that first (but I ain't allowed out much!). Never mind. Generally-friendly old me will just have to spend a few more weeks alone with just this darn computer for company (and if you believe that load of old tosh you'll believe anything!).
I strongly resisted Facebook for as long as I could because I thought it was rubbish idea. Now I'm on there though I'm finding my opinion quickly changing - I'm getting quite addicted to it in fact!
Incidently Aaron has set up a Facebook group to link in with the new website. Wasn't going to publicise it just yet but might as well now I've mentioned it... http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2341977987
p.s. No offense but don't bother trying to add me as a friend. I'll reject you* sorry - why? well, as Nick has touched upon above, Facebook becomes a bit pointless if you just open your profile up to everyone. I've got some fairly private photos etc in mine.
* If you're a single, attractive female the above doesn't apply! I'll also happily add anyone who comes to the London meetup after the event - I'll no doubt drink enough to get to the stage where even the lamposts on the way home are my best friends!
...London meet up? Oh man I didnt know we were meeting up

There's no plan or anything yet. Just a vague notion that once the new website is live we should get together in the pub or something.
The plan is for it to be in London as that'll be the easiest for the majority however I expect they'll be a Birmingham / Manchester one at some point too.
I live no where near any of them but I'll toddle along to em all lol
Facebook - like Mark said i tried to resist but when no one replied to my myspace posts i decided some drastic action should be taken so i signed up. I agree too witht he fact i am now in touch with the bullies from my school - boooo them. Damn it-i guess second chances should be given. Anyway i don't add people unless i've met them as i like to see facebook as a means to get a reunion together...and keep in touch with people from back home. Myspace on the other hand i add any ol' person
woohoooo meet up!!! Can't wait!
MySpace is evil. Facebook is lesser evil. But will it be shut down?!
