Definitely both. If you do the ugly one first, it'll give you something to look forward to. The ugly one will, as you know, be more grateful: Every cloud has a silver lining. Sounds like your problem is your ability, rather than the girls themselves.
Best leave them alone - sounds like they'd be mightily disappointed and probbaly won't waste any time letting everyone know.
