Thing is it was a brilliant gag. It played perfectly on your expectation of that character. I was thinking "Hyde's gonna get whacked by this guy right now" but then there was that quick chokeslam over the edge and that smile. I just thought it was a brilliant comedy moment in what was a dark drama.

My level of respect for James Nesbitt has gone up as well. I remember him running away from his own bollocks in Cold Feet but Jekyll was a total step up.

I've always liked him - not in a Gayo way - Cold Feet to my mind was one of the best TV series ever - but I can understand why the girls all love him. (Honest - I'm not!)
