It was a clip of Cartman's superhero "The Coon" which contained some references to Obama. Some people think it went a bit too far.

If not, it looks like several people have uploaded the show (in multiple parts) on YouTube. Just search for South Park and coon.

It's mainly a take on graphic novels and superhero films, but add the word "coon" and a scene with Obama together and the PC police get agitated.
