As a bored Daily Mail journalist, I think it only fair to warn you -
Google Street View is the end of the frikkin' world as we know it!
Burglars, terrorists, communists! They are looking at your home right now! Pedophiles are watching your children playing on the street and using sophisticated software to un-blur their tiny faces! Your boss at work is using this technology to see if you're standing outside the pub drinking - you shouldn't have worn that Simpsons tie! Parking officials can see that you are double parked and are dispensing retro-active penalty fines! Osama Bin Laden is staring at the layout of childrens hospitals! And worst of all, your wife wants to know, just who is that woman you're cuddling in the park?!
How can we stop this unbelieveable intrusion into our very private (and quite dull) lives? Simple, destroy all technology now! It is evil!
Oh and just in case you see a public street in real life, cut out your eyes and set fire to your brain...you pedo terrorist!

Apparently Microsoft tried to beat Google to this service but used a stationary camera instead. I'm not sure what the implications where but I know Google think theirs is better due, in part, to the ability for the camera to move around.
Um, it can be spelt both as pedophile and paedophile. But hey, it's only Aaron, Ruby and Julia not realising this, so no big loss.
DaButt is Big Bend NP worth the visit? Been to most of the NW NPs but never been more south than Flagstaff, AZ and the indian ruins around there.

I've only been in Texas for 2 years and haven't yet had a chance to visit. I'd like to check it out one of these days; it's one of the lesser-known national parks.
