Looks like Google has begun to offer Street View maps of many major cities. Look for your homes, your cars, your weird neighbors, naked women in bedroom windows - show me something interesting.

Yeah, it works wonders for URLS that are a mile long. I'm surprised that Google doesn't offer a similar service. Or perhaps they already do and I'm too dense to find it.

Interesting - the road views have been taken in a moving vehicle. I was following up my street and a car in front moves at the same speed up the street. Weird.

It's a car with mast-mounted camera on top. You can see the shadows of it in some places.

The Europe photos are much clearer and nicer than the ones in the U.S. Look how blah my street looks in comparison to the bright and clear UK photos:
