Nice idea. I liked this. I was sort of expecting you to pop up again with a rolling pin or something at the end.

Good ending, suddenly makes sense after hearing the idea. Could do with some more gags in the middle or perhaps make shorter. Good natural acting. :-)

I like the rolling pin idea.. I've been thinking about filming a follow up, where we either act the sketch out ourselves.. or we get the puppets and do it that way.

Yeah. I forgot to say I thought the acting was good too. I thought the pacing was pretty much OK, but I know a lot of people like sketches to be gag heavy compared to my personal tastes.

I quite enjoyed. Couple of Crits. At points it was quiet hard to hear what was being said are you using a camera and separate mic? I think a follow up would be a good idea. The acting was pretty good as well so my crits are mostly techie issues really overall gooood

Thanks Gavin,that's helpful. This was mainly a test for us, we are used to performing on stage but filming stuff is a whole new learning curve for us. We did have a separate boom mike but I think it may have been too far away by the time this take was filmed (person holding it getting lazy! - one of the other actors, typical ) or maybe we just need to project more.

We are thinking of re-writing it slightly and filming it again, make it a bit punchier (no pun intended), this works well on stage as it is but people have already got to know our characters from the rest of the show, so we may need to think about changing it for this medium and maybe add in a few more jokes - hit the ground running. Then we can make sure the sound is better also. We will be filming a follow up.
