She looks like some kind of freaky giant-ess.

And Gervais and Merchant...clearly put more thought and effort into delivering for Comic Relief than some other comics.

Very true. See: Little Britain vs Catherine Tate. That was appalling. They can both/all(?) f**k off as far as I'm concerned. Wasn't even as good as anything in Horne & Corden.

I didn't see the Robbie Williams one but I assume that was just as crap.

The Robbie Williams one was not good, but a work of art compared to the other. That was bad beyond explanation.

Yeah, Little Britain was lame. I enjoyed Gervais/Merchant, Smithy and Outnumbered. French/Saunders was funny, but a bit long. The Royles seemed a little off.

I only saw the stuff that I could find on Usenet and YouTube. What is the remainder of the evening filled with? Standard telethon stuff?

It should of ended with a sharp slap to the little Robbie smug faced twat.

More or less.

Outnumbered was great. Maybe it's got a bit more of a profile now? (And did anyone else notice that Jake's voice has broken?)

Yes, well Jake seemed different somehow, wasn't sure how. He was talking very fast.

Didn't notice! Yikes. I wonder when they filmed that then?

:)

Outnumbered is a good example of why the British style of television is better than the American style. In the U.S. the show would run for 10 years and the cute little girl would be a teenager but still be forced to speak like a rambling 5-year-old.
