I noticed a stand up comedy workshop run by the BBC in Scotland. Limited places available, so they want a comedy biog from each application. What is a comedy biog? Is it a biog on my life made funny, or is it based on any comedy I've done?

I'm only guessing but I'd say they couldn't give a monkey's left (or right) teste about your life, only about what you've done comedically. So just a writing / performing cv I would imagine. Why don't you just ask them?
A biog is just a short description of you and the type of stuff you do. You can list past work you have done or achivements or your background.
