She can't be, as she hasn't spoken about it in public for years and years.

Well, remember she used to be married to Cleese. It may stir up some bad shit for her. About that.

Anyway, do we really need another retrospective on Towers? What more can any of them say.

fed up of blokes oggling her! :)

I think she can rest easy.

Mind you, she did get her bits out in a TV drama called 'Ruth'. She may still be firm, you never know! Anyway, I'm sure that isn't what Dolly meant.

Not quite. Maybe she's just a bit publicity shy now? Sometimes I've been asked to do stuff (okay not quite a BBC interview, but a magazine interview and other stuff) and I've just felt I couldn't deal with it at that time.

Well exactly, all down to personal preference innit.

All very well people assuming they'd jump at the chance to do a bit in some retrospective (if they were in the same position), but we have no idea what's going on in her life/head and it's none of our bleedin' business either!

She's a psychotherapist. She will not want to undermine the relationships she has with her clients by going out and being public and famous again. She needs to appear approachable, down to earth, on the same level. Perfectly understandable and IMO commendable that she does not wish to take part.

Ok in theory, but surely there must be a good portion of her patients who recognise her as 'That Fawlty Towers Woman' anyway.

I'm not saying she SHOULD appear or anything by the way, I don't really give two hoots.

Yeah, I'm sure they do. But that was 30 years ago. She's got to portray that as firmly in her past, and that she's now totally down to earth.

Like Pamela Stephenson? :)

She's just plain weird.

Or is she?

Polly speaks!

Oooh. Yay! And that!

Not too pleased to see that it's another show featuring "famous fans" of the series though. Palin's view could be interesting, but from the others, why do we care?

Yeah, so much for that then!

Ah Stott, so predictable that you'd be the one to pick up on it. :)

Huh? You said it to me, so I remembered. My brain can hold information from time to time.

EDIT: Actually, you didn't say it to me, did you? I just keep a file on my computer titled: 'Aaron And the Wrong Things He Says.' :)
