AJP - The Cube was cool, but not that scary, although it's a while since I've seen it.

wicked film. I also love Raimi's third installment - the Medieval Dead (Army Of Darkness) although it probably falls into the comedy genre.
The Shining is one of my fav films ever. Gone past being scared of that now.
I hate scary films that can actually happen. Like men who go around murdering you.
I forgot about Final Destination 1.
That gave me the shudders.

with a fervent imagination, all horror films can actually happen - that's their power.
I haven't seen the film, but the title of Final Destination always makes me laugh, because it's a tautology.

I know what you mean. Like all those ones about Australian backpackers, etc getting caught and tortured by mental blokes.
Realistic films are the scariest ones.
Although when I'm walking home in the dark I do think werewolves might be real...
The Shining and The THING are my favourites, probably out of all films.
Especially the bit where his head comes off and turns into a spider. The first time you see that it is just fantastic. 
Poor doggies though.
Alien and Aliens are pretty damn scary. Although I saw all these films when I was v. young and so was terrified out of my tiny mind by them all.
They say 'Man is the warmest place to hide' but if you ever find me inside another man, just shoot me.
I'll watch first, then shoot you after if that's okay.

Anything with Paris Hilton thats real horror. IT freaked me out when i was younger alot. My best is The Shining Kubrick is great.
