We got 'The Angel', Islington ... on me 'ead, son...

and in Clapham there are quite a few 'Angels'...

;)

I was going to say the very same thing .

Anyway - have you got an Elephant and Castle?

Or any Domes?

Some of the birds in Manc have cracking domes!

Ha ha - yes, isn't that what the BBC is doing. Oh no, my mistake, they're coming up North... ;)

Lets face it northerns need something to go for.

I'll have nothing bad said about Glasgow. 1990 City of Culture.

Yeah, I remember when Glasgow won that, it was when they finally started serving peas with fish and chips wasn't it? First time Glaswegians had eaten veg in living memory!

;)

We have The Angel in Strood---and it's under new management for the third time in five years.

This contest looks like a total waste of time.
Whoever thought it up---especially regarding what they plan to do with the winning entries---oughta be burned alive.

I honestly don't know why I bother sometimes. Yes, it's a crap contest, but I would've thought any chance to get noticed by the BBC is worth taking.

Moan, moan, moan. And oblique slightly-chauvenistic references to girls' puppy mounds. That's all I'm hearing.

You could have also used the term "Norks" there.

Not a script writing competition, but then Katherine Beacon (BBC Writersroom) does get to read your work.
