JDubya on Corrie

In case you didn't know, my mate and highly-talented bastard Warby (JDubya) will be making his debut on Corrie this very evening, as coach driver Barry Sidwell. I for one am enormously proud of him, so let's all give him some support and hope they have the character back.

Mine's a Newton & Ridleys!

Wow!

Does he have a big part?

Does he speak?

He has a few lines. (I'm starting to doubt myself now - I THINK it's on tonight...yeah I'm sure it is.) Errr

Does he have a big part?

It's not that kind of show.

Does he speak?

It's either that or he stamps his foot. Twice for No, once for Yes.

Let's get some perspective here; it is Coronation Street.

Yeah, only one of the longest running shows anywhere ever which regularly gets over 12 million viewers - normally about half the viewing public.

That's small fry.

Then I won't be watching.

Laughing out loud "What's that boy? Emily's fallen down a well...?"

Doesn't make it any good.

Of course it's not GOOD, it's a soap. :)

F**k knows why I watch Eastenders.

EastEnders*

I haven't watched it regularly for years, but back in the 1990s, it was funnier than most sitcoms.

As soaps go it's surprisingly good. Very funny at times.

I actually did press the shift key on the second E, but it didn't register.

(I like the correcting though, do carry on. Cor.)
