Ah Berlin.... well known for, erm... its wall, and um... The Hoff singing on it. And that.

Was it fun?

Fun, and taxing, and amazing. :) Very poignant all in all.

Did you do Hitler shit?

Philistine.

Tell me some more interesting things it's famous for then, please.
I am open to re-education. :)

Robyn must know lots now.

Berlin is known for its highly developed bike lane system.

Do you feel cultured now, zooo?

For a start, the Olympics were held there in 1936, and that black chap did rather well, displeasing Hitler considerably.

I do actually.

Me too! :D

Lots of historimacal stuff happened in Berlin. If I paid more attention in my classes I'd explain it to you. :P

'hem.

I went there! We got told the best story about the statue on top of the gate, and about how much it makes fun of the French.

Ermmm, what to tell you for learnings...We stood on top of where Hitler's bunker used to be? He had terrible teeth which meant that even when he was burnt he was identifiable by his dental records...The Lutwaffe building for the Nazi airforce is now the Tax building...

Awesomes.

I've been there too, and vaguely recall the story about the statue and the French, might have to look it up again though.

I loved Berlin, really nice and interesting city. What was horribly ironic though, is that the company that made the anti-graffiti paint that covers the Jewish Holocaust Memorial was a parent company to the company that made the Zyklon B gas the Nazis used in the concentration camp.

You'd have thought they'd have checked that out first really.

Perhaps they consider it to be working towards ammending some of their previous naughtiness.

Or just making a profit.

We heard that too. Bloody IG Farben.

They didn't tell the government though. It took the newspapers digging about to find out.
