Moving Wallpaper - Series 2

Our in-depth guide to the new series of Moving Wallpaper is here. It's the most in-depth guide to the show on the web, even if I do say so myself: https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/moving_wallpaper/

Check out the new episode synopsis - it definitely sounds like something to look forward to!

ITV are giving it a really tough start though - not only is it up against QI on BBC1, but also the very-similar 30 Rock on Five USA. You should watch Moving Wallpaper though, as the others are repeated later (extended length QI XL is on Saturdays).

Yup, QI now definitely does suck!

I can't wait for this to kick off. Hopefully it'll be as fantabulous as series 1 was. Really looking forward to it. :)

(Does anyone actually ever watch Five USA?)

I will be now 30 Rock's on there.

Class. So they're actually doing Renaissance as a separate show, same as they did with Echo Beach?

Five USA is a great channel particularly now The Shield's on there. And the CSIs and Numbers. You know, proper telly, not all this comedy nonsense (!).

Rather than a full series though, isn't the zombie thing going to be a one off at the end of the series?

Kelly Brook looks quite hot with her long baton. Not that I judge shows purely on the basis of the hot women involved. ;)

Ah you could be right as it mentions having to give Pope another pilot. Maybe the whole series of Moving Wallpaper is building up to that pilot episode of Renaissance.

Nice to see Alan Dale in yet another show. He does get around, don't he.

Just so it's clear, this is right. ITV have learnt from their mistakes and so Renaissance is just a one off show. It's not yet scheduled, but will almost certainly follow in the week after Moving Wallpaper. Also, thankfully, it's apparently a lot more tongue in cheek than Echo Beach was.

It'll be interesting to see if they are actually treating Renaissance as a pilot and if it gets a full series later.

I hope they play Rennaisance straight and produce a great balls to the wall zombie thriller on a par with the Charlie Brooker thing. I fear if they try to make a more tongue in cheek one it'll look like a poor man's Shaun of the Dead.

15 minute warning!

I'll be watching. I'm really looking forward to it. :)

I'm really, really looking forward to this. Loved the last series and I'm a huge fan of Ben Miller anyway. Bring it on! I'm loving Friday night TV at the moment. :)
