Who else thinks you can't trust, aint no one

To start with, ARGGHHH.

Now that's off my chest - my screams, not my clothing - can I have a mini rant about how rubbish people are? Yes? Great. I have a friend, who happens to be one of the few that I have admitted the fact that I try and write comedy to. Ever since this, he has been pestering me to show me some bits. After literally a year of pushing on his part, I decided, in a moment of willingness for self development, to get over myself and just send him a few sketches. So that's what I did. 48 hours later and he hasn't even replied! Not even a "I hate them, but thanks for finally getting the courage to send them anyway". Zilch.

I'm not wrong in feeling this is a tad insensitive, am I?

Who else is terrified of showing their writing to people?

It's always difficult to show people your stuff, but I've seen a few of your things on here & I think they're pretty good

Maybe he laughed his head off you murderer.

Just a grammatical point if I may.
Your topic should read: Who else thinks you can't trust, aint not no one

Who knows, maybe he's been run over or something?

Do you know that he has actually read them? Maybe he's had problems with his internet connection? Perhaps he failed to pay and is currently hog-tied in the boot of a 6' 5" black pimp?

May be insensitive as they are a friend, but get used to being ignored as a writer.

I still get terrified of showing my writing to strangers, it's a form of showing yourself naked.

But I have learnt to be brave and just go for it, just to show my cock to total strangers. You eventually find it liberating... Well to some degree.
