This sketch is set in a music studio, while the producer is being interviewed for a documentary.

SCENE 01. INT. MUSIC STUDIO – DAY
A very geeky/cool music producer sits in front of his massive mixing desk.
One of the cool tracks he's produced is playing.
MUSIC PRODUCER
(To interviewer)
That's what people never realize.
36 different, layers of music,
and, like, if I isolate just
one…
He's looking around the mixing desk.
MUSIC PRODUCER(CONT'D)
Like, just without even looking,
I isolate just one, like this
one!
He presses a button which causes the music to suddenly stop and be replaced with just an eerie thudding noise.
He listens for a second or two with a knowing look on his face.
MUSIC PRODUCER(CONT'D)
That's the bass player kicking
a bear cub to death.
He pushes up a fader which makes the track come back in.
MUSIC PRODUCER(CONT'D)
(Shouting)
See! You didn't even realize it
was there. But without it, the track's
nothing!
The Music Producer gleefully bobs his head to the track.
