I think I've said this before, but the majority of the heartthrobs in Hollywood and the music industry are not all that exceptional when it comes to looks. Stylish clothes, makeup, lighting and airbrushing are the only difference between them and the cute girls you'll find on any university campus.
So-called supermodels are the real beauties, in that they have to be perfect in every respect. But the current trend seems to be to focus on one specific "flaw," so you see models with a huge nose or big ears or something like that.
