DS9 Was a piece of gold. Babylon 5?

B5 was pretty cool, DS9 just bored me. But then Trek as a whole I find sort of antiseptic. Though I did enjoy The Next Generation when it was originally on. And that new film seems interesting.

Can't really bring myself to watch too much of it, far too many characters you want to just give a slap. Apparently if you can get over that hump it's quite good though. Or was in the first two series

Yea I know what you mean.

It is a strangely addictive series though, though I do prefer the comedy elements over the real hard hitting stuff.

But any series that has Maureen Lipman playing a pot loving grandmother is pretty good :)

Strangely I knew, as soon as I said Dad, that something like this was going to happen. :(

Your so wrong.

Voyager was awful, agreed.

DS9 Was a piece of gold. Babylon 5? really did you get touched as a child?

B5 rocked.

Didn't they have Foals, and all that twitchy stuff NME likes, promoting the show? I'm guessing the songs on the show have not influenced any musician anywhere, as though they all sit about watching Skins going 'wow, my ears have been opened! Let's make music better guys!'

The scope of music in Skins is quite ridiculous. I'm sure you'd like a lot of the stuff they use Matt. ^^

You're probably right about the limited influence it's had. I've discovered some good stuff through it though!

Oh I'm sure I would, it's the whole silly NME claim that I found annoying really.
