Then donate that there computer to a senior center. In Texas many centers need things. In San Antonio there is meals on wheels. They always need better equipment.

I know this because I have donated things to meals on wheels here.

Well said that Lakota native indian type person.

Edit: A friend of mine just threw out a load of computers from his company. I had a hissy fit on him because I know just around the corner from him is a very poorly equipped junior school. He didn't stop and think. Do the right thing DaButt not like my idiot friend!

Parents, girlfriends and children are things I don't really care much about.

I hear you, brother.

Old computer equipment is more difficult to get rid of than one might imagine - especially Apple equipment. The only place that I've found that will take old equipment is Goodwill.

I donate a few thousand dollars to charity annually and I also volunteer my time, so I won't feel bad if I decide to sell an old Mini on eBay.

Ben is looking forwards to the end of the working day.

If it does not sell call here, they will most likely help you find a vet that needs one. A mini mac is internet and typing ready. It would be like a million dollars to one with out.You could then see that someone in need actually gets it.

Question:
I was just chatting with a recruiter for the London School board and he was trying to tell me that if I lived at the edge of London (Thames area) it only takes him 13 minutes to drive to the London Downtown core.
True? or is he totally bullshitting me because they're desperate for teachers?

I don't think you can drive anywhere in London in 13 minutes. :P

(Wait for someone who can actually drive to reply though.)

13 minutes is pretty optimistic I think! Is this recruiter in fact Speed Racer?

Are you moving to London there Curt? My neighbor left this week to teach in Napel. When he told me the pay scale I was amazed. He commited to two years.

Depends entirely on traffic. I've done the journey in 20 mins, but the same journey has also taken 2 and a half hours! If you do it regularly you will soon find the rat runs, although a lot of them have got speed humps now.
