Why do you have him living in house if he it is not working? Does he pay bills?

Yea that annoys me too. I've let a lot of my friends live with me for free when they've tried to get started in Ottawa or if they may have hit some hard time and almost every single one of them messed up the apartment and never cleaned up after themselves. It actually left me and one of my best friends not talking with each other for almost a year afterwords. I got pissed when I found out he was making twice as much as I did at the time and after a month and a half hadn't even offered to pay for anything. I even had to argue with him over a phone bill he ran up calling Las Vegas (he still claims was an accident).
On the other hand I had one friend stay with me for two months and he was just great. He cleaned up even when it wasn't his mess, bought his own groceries, offered money for rent and even bought me the complete book of Bone comics as a present..and something for my fiancee but I don't remember what.
But I don't need all that, all I need is an offer of help with rent when they can and more importantly a clean apartment.
Woh! That was a long rant...sorry everyone.
Anyways you have every right in my books to be disgruntled Gavin.
